A friend of ours introduced Conrad Aglah to us when we were looking for a mortgage specialist to handle our second mortgage. It was an unforgettable experience. Even though this would be our second house our experience with Conrad is what we could refer to as Mortgage made simple. His attention to details was impeccable. He explained each step and condition of the process to us till we understand them thus making us avoid the pitfalls we encountered in our first mortgage and we got the approval in one swoop. 

Even though Conrad was not our Real Estate Agent, he also provided us end to end support for other resources we needed to make the purchase successful. For example, he referred us to professionals that did our home inspection and provided some important tit bits on real estates that made out takeover very smooth. We shall forever be thankful to Conrad for his support and making second home buying stress free.

When we decided to do our purchase we were novice in this kind of transaction but his patience and relaxed nature gave us Him to trust in and lead the way .In very tight schedules he will still make time to be at your service and make sure you are comfortable and making the right decisions. Stressing it's a big decision and must be made not in rush but in a calm decisive mind being sure you are sure of what you are going in for. We were barely in Calgary, but he was very helpful up until we arrived in town to close the deal. Conrad is a gem. When we met Conrad through a referral from a friend, we least expect this much service, education and guidance from him. He exceeded our expectations. He introduced us to his system based on the principle "get the right mortgage with the right purchase". With that he indicated we needed a mortgage that we understand and that has flexibility features, terms, conditions and rates that saves us unnecessary interests and should we decide to sell or move the mortgage before the term we don't encounter so much cost.

On the purchase side, he took us though his buy right system which is based on buying a property that we enjoy living in, that we can sell anytime above market price and if we decide to rent or turn into an investment property in future, the property is able to rent with excellent cash flow. He not only showed us many properties from those listed in the MLS, but also took us to many Home Builders. Through his guidance and negotiation, we ended up building with a Builder our dream home with lots of premium upgrades with over $30k in savings compared with similar properties in the area. He exceeded our expectation by setting us up with his contacts and other financial advisors resulting in us getting lines of credit totaling $82.5k as we set to take possession of our house. That service he calls "the credit improvement and complete financial tools bonus", a service unique to him and hardly offered by other agents we know of.

We are very grateful to Conrad and very happy we've met and used him as our Mortgage agent and our Real Estate agent. We highly recommend his services to anyone who needs such services.
