Conrad Aglah has been one of Calgary's leading REALTOR®s for more than a decade. He has transacted in the upward of $80M in Canadian Real Estate covering Residential, Investments and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Finance. His understanding of real estate economics and statistics, market trends, market influencers and drivers, and the Real Estate cycle enable him to provide great information and insight to clients who use him for the purchase and or sale of their homes. His excellent business and work ethics, realistic advice to clients and integrity, have earned him many glowing testimonials from extremely satisfied clients and customers. He is a well sought-after speaker and advisor on Real Estate Sales and Finance within the immigrant community in Alberta, especially Calgary and Edmonton. He has also received recognition from many Real Estate and Community organizations for his exceptional services. He holds a mortgage license as well and has helped arranged residential and commercial mortgages for many of his clients.

Conrad was awarded the Top Producing REALTOR® awards (Diamond, Sapphire, Pearl and Monthly TOP TEN) consecutive times at his Brokerage (URBAN Real Estate Services Ltd). He is a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) - the number one Real Estate Investment Club in Canada. He has won the Bronze Investor and the Ten-Year REIN Membership awards at REIN. Prior to getting into Real Estate full time, he worked as a pharmacist with Shoppers Drug Mart for 13 years and as a Relief/Independent Pharmacist Consultant for 7 years with Rexall Pharmacy and other Independent Pharmacies. He is also a member of the Alberta College of Pharmacy. Conrad graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (First class honors) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana as the best student in his graduating class. He then continued with a Masters in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom graduating as the best student. Thereafter, he obtained another Masters' degree in Neuroscience from the University of Alberta, Canada.

Conrad is currently working with buyers (negotiating the lowest price for them and ensuring common mistakes buyers make during home purchases are avoided), sellers (helping them sell their properties with the least amount of hassle and for top dollar) and strategic real estate investors both in residential and commercial real estate with a focus on maximizing and optimizing the returns on investment, client satisfaction and with emphasis on value and service that transcend any real estate cycle.

He lives in Calgary with his beautiful wife and lovely four children. When not at the office he is with his family, church or the community sharing his knowledge and expertise, or volunteering. His hobbies are soccer, singing, reading and listening to audiobooks.
